File image for Vermont from last summer's road trip
Yes, well, better late than never. Last Friday on the
Changemakers’ blog, I posted about the Revelation to Action competition and how everyone should vote vote vote for their three favorite finalists. Meanwhile, two Fridays ago, I
wrote about a New Hampshire-based organization that uses an innovative model for its composting services and a Vermont-based organization that has created new demand for food from local farms.
Sometimes I start to sound like a little PR-machine when it comes to this competition but it has been truly incredible to learn about so many dynamic community projects. And in an exciting development, I will be in Maine at the end of the week to document the work of two of our finalists. Can’t wait!
